Christine
Reynolds....
Art is something I have always enjoyed ever since
I was little. It must have began when I picked up a pencil and started
drawing cartoons and animals as a child. As time went on, I discovered
the anthropomorphic drawing style in the past few years which has
taken me in new directions in my studies. (Note: Anthropomorphic animals,
or furries are animals with human physical traits.)
I do enjoy experimenting with different art mediums, but I mainly
work with watercolor, markers, colored pencils, and ink. Occasionally,
I will work with sculpey and make miniature sculptures.
One of my greatest loves would be my fruit dragon's. I created them
around the time I was twelve, and they have developed greatly over
the years in character and visual depth.
Besides doing art work, I also find time to attend Furry Conventions
to meet friends, and to converse with other furry artists for ways
to improve my art skills. Another past time I enjoy would be in my
fantasy writings.
I do accept commissions. Please do not send descriptions of the piece
you want, until you have e-mailed me, to see if I am available to
do the piece. I work in ink, watercolors, Prisma Colored Pencils,
Prisma Markers, or a blend of markers and colored pencils. I also
do some computer coloring. I usually work on 9 x 12 acid free bristol
board, but can work larger or smaller.
I mainly draw Anthropomorphic Animals (Furries), Animals, and Humans
(a.k.a. elves, faeries, and plain humans). The style I usually work
in ranges between realistic to cartoon to simple cartoons. (I prefer
strongly not to do realistic humans of any kind, only cartoon.)
I retain the copyright to the artwork, however, which
means you may not make or sell copies, publish, or otherwise distribute
the work without my permission. If you wish to commission me for non-private
or commercial use, please e-mail me for details. Prices vary per picture,
depending on how complex the picture is. I will work on different
subject matter then listed.
