Roger Shipley . . .
Professor of art, Roger Shipley teaches painting, printmaking, two-dimensional design, drawing, and color theory at Lycoming College, Williamsport, PA. Shipley studied painting at the Cleveland Art Institute and the American School in Fontainebleau, France. He received his MFA from Cranbrook Academy of Art. He shows his work nationally and is listed in Who's Who in American Art.
